NEW DELHI: A home and a world flight needed to return to their origin quickly after take-off on Sunday and Monday attributable to snags.
An Alliance Air ATR plane (VT-RKC) working as 9I-713 from Delhi to Dharamshala returned to IGI Airport safely attributable to a windshield crack on Sunday.
In the meantime, on Monday, an Air India Categorical Boeing 737 (VT-AXI) flying as IX-549 from Thiruvananthapuram to Muscat safely returned to Kerala following a snag.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation is probing these instances.
Feedback have been sought from Alliance Air and AI Categorical on these incidents and are awaited.
