A BJP MLA from Gujarat on Monday induced a flutter stating Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was a member of an “aatankwadi” (terrorist) wing. He apologised whereas blaming the inaccurate translation for the error.
The MLA, Yogesh R Patel (Bapji), stated the flawed phrases had been posted on social media because of an error whereas translating from English to Gujarati.
As a tribute to Bose on his beginning anniversary, Patel shared a publish in Gujarati on his Fb web page which stated, “Bose was a member of aatankwadi pankh” (wing). He participated within the civil disobedience motion as a Congress chief, and was identified for advocating socialist insurance policies”.

Patel issued an announcement saying, “flawed phrases had been posted because of an error in translation from English to Gujarati”. “The particular person dealing with my account took an English textual content about Bose and put it on my web page after doing a web based translation. By mistake, a flawed phrase was chosen and received posted. I apologise for this error,” he stated.
